Hello friend!

I’m deeply passionate about creating performances and media to empower kids to make the world wonderful. I have more than 20 years’ experience as a creator and performing artist for kids. I have a BFA in Acting, MS in Recreation Management, and have experience in theatre, storytelling, writing, clowning, and producing fun and inspiring videos for kids.

Keyshawn Solves It

A serialized podcast for kids ages 5-9

Creator and Executive Producer

Keyshawn Solves It is an 8-episode mystery about a 10 year-old African American boy who inherits a set of keys that can unlock almost any door. With help from his friend Kiki, Keyshawn uses these keys to help solve a mystery in his North Minneapolis neighborhood. Listeners will be introduced to Juneteenth and social emotional “keys to success” such as resilience, self worth, and responsibility.

Keyshawn Solves It is produced by GBH Kids and distributed by PRX and PBS KIDS. Funding is made possible in part by Black Public Media.

Lalo’s Lunchbox

Lalo’s Lunchbox is a family-friendly show that uses food to inspire kids to care for others. I performs as Lalo, a happy go lucky fella who’s the owner of an unpredictable, food erupting, magic lunchbox. This family friendly show has sketch comedy and songs that are fun for the kid in all of us.

Since 2013, Lalo and his friends have performed in-person and virtually for thousands of families, as well as posted fun videos on YouTube.

Lighthouse Kids

Lighthouse Kids is a YouTube video series that teaches kids about following Christ. Each video has music, birthday shout outs, an encouraging message, and surprises.

My team and I developed these videos from 2020 through 2021 and are thankful they continue to reach thousands of families all over the world.
